Frequently Asked Questions.

What if I’m not a mom? Can I still train with you?

Heck yes! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and can help you reach your goals. What sets me apart is that I ALSO have the education and certifications to train expecting and new moms which a lot of other trainers do not have.

I haven’t exercised since high school gym class…

I am more than happy to make fitness and wellness accessible to you. If I feel like I’m not the right trainer for you, I will help you find someone who might be a better fit.

Fun fact: I almost didn’t graduate high school because I took homeschool gym and didn’t submit my log of exercises

How long do your programs take?

That depends on a lot of factors. We will talk about your goals frequently and make sure we are on the same page. I promise you I will always be transparent and honest with you.

What if I don’t own any equipment?

No problem! We will work together to use what you have. Soup cans, kitchen countertops, stairs and laundry baskets can all be used.

“I’m going to Cabo in 2 weeks and want to lose 30 pounds- can you help?”

Nope. I don’t have healthy ways to accomplish that goal.

Do you have a contract?

No exactly. I completely understand that situations change, but I will ask you commit to yourself which we will talk about more in our onboarding. I would love to see a 3 month commitment from you because that’s when we really start seeing real changes.

I will also have you sign a couple forms that state your healthcare provider has cleared you to exercise (especially if you are a prenatal or postnatal client) and releases me of liability and that legal mumbo jumbo.
